Items must be received in our office within 10 days of the day you receive your package. For items received after this time period, we will deny the return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it... NEW, UNWORN and UNWASHED with Tags Attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is Required.

Shipping Charges are Non- Refundable. Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and you will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when your order was placed.
You may NOT return:
*SALE/CLEARANCE items, JEWELRY, undergarments, sunglasses, hats, scarves, belts and gift certificates.
*Shoes must be in their original box and then placed in an additional protective box, to be eligible.
Trouble with your order?
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise or the wrong item, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS.
